WARM TONES + GIVENCHY NIGHTINGALE

Last week, it was 35 degrees and sticky. This week, it's a cool 25 and breezy. Even though I'm a bit terrified of the cooling weather (first sign of winter NOOOO), fall is my favourite season. I can wear layers and my favorite trench coats, anything other than a crop top is better.

I shot this look with Schaël, a photographer/videographer whom I met through instagram. I swear, I meet everyone and their mom through this app. We spent an entire afternoon filming an upcoming fall look book. I love filming videos, but I feel like a crazy person walking back and forth changing outfits. I'm sure the struggle will all be worth it once the video is out.

Random things aside, can we talk about this Givenchy head-turner? The Nightingale is for bag-ladies who need something comfortable and useful for busy days. I like wearing it as a shoulder bag, making it slouch into a hobo-style purse. Very casual, but the subtle Givenchy imprint near the handles give a perfect touch of luxury. I got this purse from a designer consignment store, called Love That Bag. I visited their showroom to pick out a purse, and guys, they literally have everything... All of the bags are pre-owned but in excellent condition. They are having a pop-up sale on September 17-19 at Barbarella (3833 Saint Jacques), so check it out for yourself! If you're not in Montreal, they are online at lovethatbag.ca
